Hello, I’m Chris.
I guess that you’ve figured out that I have ADHD, and I’m Writing about it, that’s correct (well Done), But that’s not the full story.
I first time I heard the words ADHD is when I found out around the age of 10 I had a lot of disabilities (ADHD, Dyslexia, Autism and Dyspraxia) The one that I will be talking about is ADHD, this was the thing that held me back the most, I would spend nights awake thinking how I would have a career as a disabled people, how will I settle down and have a family and could I even build a life for my self that would be free from stress, a bunch of real problem so what should i do?
Well the good news is that I have over come a lot and continue to Improve I have changed me mind set, I have gone to the gym becoming strong, overcome Myself doubt and anxiety, I have a family with a wife and three children and after a long and fun carrier I’m starting this company that is my passion. Not bad of a boy that was in special classes and on track to go to shelter home for disabled people, the world was ready to give up on me over a Diagnosis.
This website is how i over came the problem one by one and is why I’m writing this, I’m 34 years old now, I can still remember what it was like growing up with Disabilities. Put it simply it’s not easy, what is the truth though is that you can do it, you despite all your problems and disabilities that you have can get ahead and build the life that you want to build, here are some tips and ideas to help you alone the way from things that I found useful.
The final word OK I’ll say it I’m not an expert in a field or a university professor what i have is experience in the field, hard won and I Sincerely hope you find this website useful I can assure you I have poured my heart and soul into this and given every useful piece of information that I have for free for ever.
May this help you in your Journey Christian Ayerst.
